Jerry Carlson was a panelist and breakout discussion leader for the Clinical Support Immersion Session “Reflect, Renew, Reconnect To Envision A New Service Model For You, Your Customers, and Your Library” at MLA ’22 in New Orleans, LA.

Kimberly Kemp was named Interim Dean of Dayton Memorial Library at Regis University.

Ellie Svoboda won best lightning talk and viewer’s choice lightning talk for her presentation, “Highlighting Hidden Costs: Assigning a Dollar Amount to the Library’s Contributions to Systematic Reviews” at the 2022 MCMLA virtual meeting.

Dana Abbey, Nina McHale, Kristen DeSanto, Shandra Knight, Christi Piper, Danielle Ostendorff, and Ellie Svoboda won best paper and viewer’s choice paper for their presentation, “Piloting a Buddy Program for New Hires” at the 2022 MCMLA virtual meeting. Ruby Nugent was awarded an MCMLA STARS Award at the 2022 virtual meeting.

Jensen Fisher was appointed to the editorial board of the Journal of Medical Library Association.
