Congratulations to Ruby Nugent, who was named a co-recipient of the Medical Library Association’s 2023 Carla J. Funk Governmental Relations Award! This award recognizes Ruby for her work leading a group of medical librarians and subject experts in creating new MeSH terms for the MLA Latinx Caucus Hispanic/Latinx Inclusive Terminologies Project.
Hannah Pollard renewed her AHIP certification at a higher level! Hannah is now at the Senior level.
Hannah Pollard was elected as the MCMLA Chapter Council Representative and will begin her three-year term at the close of this year’s MLA business meeting.
