Bianca will discuss the importance of design in structuring online content for the benefit of all users. Learn how technological experiences are positively impacted by people and organizations offering good, clear immersion. Whether you are considering offering online resources in the future, or modifying current content, design is critical to effective engagement. Questions are encouraged, so bring your current concerns to explore solutions.
